The organization where I am working currently is dependent on points like stores and retail shops where the customers can come up walk in for any kind of purchase or sale related services of a product. There is a higher presence of stores and this has a lot of opportunities to be expanded with an employee deployed in particular for shortlisting and bringing more franchisees. The business runs on the basis of a franchisee model and presently the Franchisee Manager is looking after the sales, services of expansion and other activities of our business as a part of the Franchisee Retail business.
